🟢 Return Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

Returns will not be accepted for opened or used products due to health and safety reasons.

🟢 Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to your original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

🟢 Replacement Policy

We offer replacement in case of:

Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered

You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper images as proof.

🟢 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse
Items without original packaging

🟢 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
